GREEK MARINADE FOR PORK SOUVLAKI
Execution method:
- Cut the meat to slices of 1-1.5cm thick in order to add it later into our souvlaki machine
- Mix all the marinade ingredients into a bowl
- Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and mix very well
- Pour the marinade mixture into your bowl and we mix well with the meat
- Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or better overnight.
- Next day we let put the slices into our souvlaki machine according to the INSOUVLAKI instructions
- We soak the straws into water for a few hours so that they do not burn during baking and inserting them into the souvlaki machine
Ingredients for the marinade:
- lemon zest, from 2 lemons
- 100 gr. orange juice
- 20 gr. vinegar, from white wine
- 1 spoon of soup oil
- 1 spoon of soup oregano
- 1 spoon of soup rosemary , fresh chopped
- ½ spoon of soup honey
- Salt
- Pepper
