Execution method:
  • Cut the meat to slices of 1-1.5cm thick in order to add it later into our souvlaki machine
  • Mix all the marinade ingredients into a bowl
  • Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and mix very well
  • Pour the marinade mixture into your bowl and we mix well with the meat
  • Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or better overnight.
  • Next day we let put the slices into our souvlaki machine according to the INSOUVLAKI instructions
  • We soak the straws into water for a few hours so that they do not burn during baking and inserting them into the souvlaki machine
Ingredients for the marinade:
  • lemon zest, from 2 lemons
  • 100 gr. orange juice
  • 20 gr. vinegar, from white wine
  • 1 spoon of soup oil
  • 1 spoon of soup oregano
  • 1 spoon of soup rosemary , fresh chopped
  • ½ spoon of soup honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
